Three Days of Rainy Weather Ahead in Finland

Finland is heading into several days of wet and unsettled weather as a broad low-pressure system moves across the country.
Rain showers will come and go in many areas over the next three days, with Tuesday expected to be the wettest day. Lapland is likely to receive the heaviest rainfall, with some areas getting up to 20 millimetres.
Southern winds will also become strong at times, particularly in Ostrobothnia, making the weather feel even more unpleasant.
Temperatures will remain fairly mild despite the rain. Southern and central Finland will see temperatures around 15°C, while northern areas will stay closer to 10°C.
More rain expected Wednesday
The unsettled conditions will continue on Wednesday as another low-pressure system moves across Finland.
Central Finland is expected to receive the heaviest rain, while showers will be widespread elsewhere. Northern Lapland will be the exception, with some areas enjoying dry and sunny weather.
Temperatures are not expected to change much. Southern Finland could see highs just below 20°C, while temperatures in the north will range between 10 and 15°C.
